About the event
Your digestive symptoms are not just about food—they are deeply connected to how your nervous system perceives safety.
In this 1.5-hour workshop, we’ll explore the powerful relationship between digestion and stress physiology through the lens of the vagus nerve and the gut–brain axis.
You’ll learn why symptoms like bloating, reflux, and irregular digestion often reflect a “stuck” stress response, and how to gently shift the body back into a state of regulation.
We’ll combine simple breathwork practices, nervous system regulation tools, and select herbs that support digestion, vagal tone, and calm. You’ll leave with practical ways to support your body’s ability to digest, rest, and restore.
