New Date: First Friday Conversations: Therapy Intensives for Trauma Treatment

Meg began offering Therapy Intensives in the Fall of 2023. These are multi-day sessions offered to children and adults. Meg has completed intensive work with children as young as 4-years-old. She has been blown away by the rapid efficacy and symptom reduction possible when working in an intensive format. Meg works primarily through an EMDR framework, incorporating the Flash Technique, Art Therapy, play therapy, Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation (SMART) strategies, and sand tray.

Meg will share her process of implementing a primary focus on Therapy Intensives as well as an overview of outcomes from this work.

First Friday Conversations are facilitated by Birch Center members. Offered In-Person and Live-Online.
