About the event
Step into an immersive space of healing frequencies. Tend to your spirit and your own needs for rest and restoration. Káti Franco will guide attendees through a 90-minute Sound Bath session focused on relaxation and mindful rest. Take time to connect with other providers after the Sound Bath. Tea and light refreshment will be provided.
The Birch Center will provide a limited number of pillows, cushions, and blankets. Please bring any additional items you might want for comfort and rest.
