Take a little time for yourself. Join other therapists to wind down and connect at Apertif, a local wine and desert bar. Show up as your human self with no expectations other than to relax and connect. Grab a drink, a mocktail, or a snack.

You work incredibly hard. Use this time as a container for your own needs for play, relaxation, and connection.
